Management Team

The Financial Management and Advisory practice is lead by Ryan Kraus, CPA.
Mr. Kraus currently serves as COO/CFO and Board Member of Edison Court, Inc., a Pennsylvania provider of Behavioral Health services.  He is responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, financial management and M&A due diligence for the firm. 

Previously, Ryan served as President of KCR, Inc. a specialty contracting business where after successfully executing a company turnaround, he lead the organization to 300% revenue growth over a three year period by expanding the scope and breadth of services and developing new client relationships.  He was also instrumental in bringing the company’s accounting/finance functions in line with industry and GAAP standards as well as significantly enhancing the company’s Risk Management and Safety programs. 

While serving as President of KCR, Ryan attended Harvard Business School and completed its Owner President Management (OPM) program. OPM is a rigorous program held over a 3 years, exclusively for owner-managers of firms with annual sales ranging from ten million to several hundred million dollars. 

Prior to KCR, Ryan served as CFO of Virtual Edge, Inc., a Venture Capital backed software company that was eventually acquired by ADP.  He also served as CFO/Controller on an outsourced basis to a variety of early stage companies and an early stage venture capital firm. 

Ryan’s earliest experience was in the assurance divisions of BDO Seidman, LLP, KPMG, LLP and another local firm where he served a variety of public and closely held clients.
